It is made known to the competitors that the call for tender briefs, except for the technical documents and blueprints, are available on the public markets website www.marchespublics.gov.ma. This doesn't exempt the competitors that desire to submit to pay the administrative fees, if they are specified in the notice or circular letter of the call for tenders, and the need to withdraw the briefs from the procurement office.
